Five Easy Steps to Booking Your Massages Online!

Booking your massage appointments at Massage Therapy by Lizz Premer is now easier than ever! You can still call, text, or email, but now we've added Online Booking for added convenience.

Thanks to Mindbody, Inc., you can visit my website, select which massage service you'd like, and book it instantly! No leaving me a voicemail and waiting for my response. I always try to call back as soon as I'm able, but now you don't have to wait at all!


Step One: Follow this link to my Services Page.

Step Two: Select link for which massage service you'd like to book. (Swedish, Ashiatsu Deepfeet, Deep Tissue, Couples Massage, Massage in your own home.)

Step Three: Now that you can see my availability calendar, choose a date and time that works best for you.

Step Four: If you're a current client, check your email for your log-in information, sent a week or so back. If you're new, enter your first and last name and click "next." Enter your contact information so I can send you your massage confirmation. (Please rest easy knowing your personal information will never be given out, or sold in any way.) Click on "Create Account."

Step Five: Select "Request Single Appointment," or "Request Recurring Appointment" if you'd like to receive a massage at that time and day of week, every week.


Wow, It's as simple as that!

With our new Healthy Habit Discounts, you can now affordably add regular massage therapy to your wellness plan. Your choice of weekly, bimonthly, or monthly massages all at discounted rates!

No contracts or hidden strings. Just premium massage therapy and a commitment to yourself.
Reduced rates for individual, regular clients who schedule in advance, and keep at least 6 consecutive appointments per year (meaning no “no-shows” or “late cancellations”).
Healthy Habit clients may prepay for a series of sessions, which must be used within that rate’s time frame (e.g. 6 prepaid sessions at the monthly rate must be used within 6 months, 4 prepaid sessions at the weekly rate must be used within 1 month/4weeks, etc).
These rates are not transferable, and may not be used for gift certificates.

Maybe March Means MASSAGE Month!!

It's March! Can you believe this year is already almost a quarter of the way completed?? What have you done for yourself this year? I hate to bring it up, but how many of you kept to your New Year's Resolutions? ... How many of you knew you wouldn't keep them so never even made any? Haha. ... Me too.

This year I've made a different kind of pact with myself this year. I'm not going to say I will work out everyday, or eat no sweets for the whole year, or I will drink no more wine. Instead, I've decided not to deprive myself of the things I love, but to take them all in small portions. I love curling up with my cat and a glass of wine and a small piece of chocolate!

Another way I've decided to take care of my body is to stop making excuses for not getting massages. I'm sure you've heard that the Cobbler always has holes in his shoes, or the Maid's house is always dirty. Well, believe it or not, Massage Therapists don't always follow their own advice. Massages take time. I've decided I'm going to make time to take care of my body. Will you join me in my new decision to take care of our bodies?

Same Old Website, With A Make-Over!
